How does the lever-action rifle reload in Fallout:New Vegas? The Fallout 3 vid I watched, the hunting rifle clearly has it's bolt on the right, and it didn't. Being able to stop reload every1-2 bullets would make the gun absurdly overpowered. The Legendary Lever action sold by one of the vendors in Far Harbour (Maybe Allen?) has about 200+ damage when upgraded and maxed with perks + any other modifiers you may have.
